Job Description Position Overview We are hiring for the position of Senior Architect – Airports for multiple upcoming projects across Pan India. This role involves leading the planning, design, and coordination of airport terminal buildings and associated facilities while ensuring compliance with aviation standards, functional requirements, and project objectives. Key Responsibilities • Lead architectural planning and design of airport terminal buildings and landside facilities. • Develop concept designs, schematic layouts, and detailed design packages. • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including structure, MEP, airside, and systems. • Ensure compliance with ICAO, DGCA, BCAS, and local building regulations. • Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and design deliverables. • Support stakeholder coordination with airport authorities, operators, and regulatory agencies. • Guide junior architects and design teams to ensure quality and consistency. • Participate in design reviews, value engineering, and constructability assessments. • Support construction-stage activities including design clarifications and site reviews. • Prepare and review design documentation, reports, and presentations. Qualifications • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture. • Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in airport or large-scale infrastructure projects. • Proven experience in airport terminal planning and design. Additional Information • Experience on greenfield and brownfield airport projects. • Strong knowledge of airport planning principles, passenger flow, and terminal operations. • Proficiency in architectural design tools and BIM platforms. • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
