QUALIFICATIONS:

· Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
· Should have at least 10 years of experience
· Preferably from Central Asia, Caucasus or Baltic Republic
· Candidates should have strong technical skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D, 3D Max, Lumion. Photoshop, Revit, InDesign, and MS programs
· Proficiency in the submission of architectural shop drawings to Dubai Municipality and renowned property developers such as Nakheel, Damac, Dubai Development Authority (DDA), etc
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
· Ability to work independently
· Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per mont

· Develop and manage architectural designs, blueprints, and plans for various construction and renovation projects.
· Ensure that designs are safe, functional, and meet all relevant building codes and regulations.
· Lead the concept design process, overseeing conceptual layouts and massing to achieve a well-designed exterior.
· Drive the creation of a cohesive and visually appealing architectural vision in alignment with project objectives.
· Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that design specifications are accurate and meet project requirements.
· Manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure that all work is completed on schedule and within budget.
· Participate in project meetings, and provide updates on project progress and any issues that may arise.
· Conduct research on new materials, technologies, and construction methods, and incorporate these into design plans as appropriate.
· Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that their expectations are met.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously improve architectural processes and methodologies.
· Review and approve all architectural plans and drawings to ensure they meet all necessary standards and requirements.
· Conducts basic interpretations of sketches, drawings, codes, building programs, and other similar material.
