We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architectural design and project management, with the ability to lead projects from conception through completion. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and leadership skills to deliver innovative and sustainable architectural solutions.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in architectural design with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and experience with advanced modeling tools (NavisWorks, Grasshopper 3D).
• Demonstrated skills in project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and contract negotiation.
• Familiarity with construction processes and interior design principles is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and engage clients throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead architectural design projects, ensuring alignment with client vision and project goals.
• Develop project schedules and manage timelines effectively to meet deadlines.
• Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, NavisWorks, and Bluebeam for drafting and modeling.
• Conduct construction estimating and budgeting to ensure project feasibility.
• Oversee the negotiation of contracts and manage relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with interior design teams to integrate aesthetic elements into functional spaces.
• Implement construction management practices to ensure quality control throughout the building process.
• Engage in business development activities to expand the firm’s portfolio and client base.
• Utilize advanced design software including Grasshopper 3D, Rhinoceros 3D, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch for innovative design solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations during the renovation process.
