In this pivotal role, you will oversee and manage architectural design processes, ensuring that all designs meet client needs, regulatory standards, and company objectives. The Senior Architect Designer will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop creative solutions that enhance the functionality and aesthetics of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of completed architectural projects.
• Oversee the development of architectural designs from conceptualization to final documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback into design solutions.
• Expertise in Interior Designing, AutoCAD, 3D Modeling/Rendering & BIM.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• To ensure the work is done properly as per the requirements of the submittal procedure.
• Report to the head for the status of all the projects in terms of drawing submissions.
• Proper coordination and communication with the Project Manager & Site Team to ensure that the projects are executed well.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, develop Interior Design, work drawings, and material specification take off.
