In this role, you will play a strategic and hands-on leadership position, shaping the architecture, controls, and roadmap of our Data & Analytics ecosystem. You will work closely with senior technical leaders, business stakeholders, and analytics teams to design, architect, and lead the migration of large-scale data platforms to cloud environments — ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and governance. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the technical and architectural lead for a complex data platform integration and migration initiative. Design and define the technical strategy, data migration roadmaps, and target-state architecture for cloud-based platforms such as Snowflake, AWS Redshift, etc. Provide expert guidance on solution design, integration patterns, and cloud governance frameworks. Implement data and cloud controls, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk and compliance standards. Evaluate, recommend, and establish technology stacks, frameworks, and reference architectures for data ecosystem modernization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including data engineers, business stakeholders, analytics, and reporting teams — to drive alignment and successful delivery. Build and maintain platform architecture roadmaps, balancing innovation, scalability, and compliance. Communicate technical status, risks, and dependencies effectively to leadership and stakeholders. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred). 10+ years of experience in technology design, architecture, or platform engineering roles. Proven experience designing and migrating data platforms and data warehouses from on-premise to modern cloud-based ecosystems (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Strong hands-on expertise with AWS services (S3, Redshift), Snowflake, and data tools like Dataiku and Alteryx. Experience implementing data and cloud governance controls, including security, access, and compliance measures. Demonstrated ability to architect complex, scalable data solutions that meet both business and technical objectives. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead technical discussions and drive architecture decisions across teams. Preferred Skills: Strong understanding of data strategy, metadata management, and data quality frameworks. Experience with enterprise data modernization and cloud transformation projects. Proficiency in architectural frameworks and best practices (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.). Exposure to risk and compliance frameworks within financial or regulated environments Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
