ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect with deep Asset Enhancement Initiative (AEI) work experience and a proven track record in navigating authority codes and compliance. You will lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring regulatory adherence and delivering high-quality design outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage architectural design and documentation throughout project phases (concept, schematic, detailed design, construction).
• Ensure full compliance with local regulations (URA, BCA, PUB, etc.) and oversee authorities’ submissions (e.g., SCDF, NParks, Singapore Green Mark).
• Coordinate closely with engineering disciplines and infrastructure teams to integrate AEI requirements into architectural outcomes.
• Prepare and submit planning and building applications, manage revisions, liaise with authorities and consultants to secure approvals.
• Oversee preparation of specifications, detailed working drawings, tender documentation, and contract administration (e.g., SIA/PSSCOC).
• Mentor and manage junior architects, ensuring quality control and adherence to compliance standards.
• Advise clients on authority-related matters and represent the firm with clarity and authority.
