dkstudio architects inc. is seeking a motivated Senior Architect/Designer with 5+ years experience to join our team. Intern Interior Designers and Architects are welcome to apply.
You will assist with the execution of Luxury Retail, Workplace and Residential projects from start to finish. Must have a solid track-record in completing working drawings, which includes the coordination of working drawings and construction sets.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Workplace project experience is a must.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience on high-end retail, workplace, hospitality, restaurants or residential projects.
  • Able to produce a full set working drawings/construction sets using AutoCAD and Revit, both independently and as a team.
  • Assist with engineer coordination.
  • Strong working knowledge of Canadian building construction & detailing. (Ontario Building Code and National Building Code)
  • HIGH Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is a MUST.
  • Good working knowledge of Rhino & Photoshop.
  • Fluent English speaker and strong communicator.
  • Degree in architecture/interior design from a registered university or programme.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Must be willing to travel to our office in Toronto.
