Work with architects, designers, drafters, engineers, and contractors to maintain effective communication and successful project delivery. Stay current on industry trends, materials, technologies, and best practices in architectural design and construction. What will make you successful Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution preferred; Bachelor’s Degree considered with strong experience. Current license to practice architecture in Michigan (or ability to obtain in a reasonable timeframe); NCARB registration and LEED accreditation are preferred. 8-10 years of professional architectural experience, ideally with industrial, commercial, multi-family, municipal, and/or educational projects. Strong proficiency in Revit and other architectural design software; familiarity with AutoCAD and BIM workflows is highly desirable. Extensive knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methodologies. Excellent design and visualization skills with the ability to clearly communicate concepts to clients and internal teams. Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage time and priorities in a dynamic, project-driven environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, and high attention to detail. Ability to function effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and to mentor and guide less-experienced staff as appropriate. \n
