DESCRIPTION

• Permanent position for a Senior Architect for design and project managemennt of Mission Critical Facilities supporting Office Space.
• Independently solve problems encountered and perform architectural assignments under general supervision.
• Use independent judgment in the evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation or modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.
• Responsible for team management and coordination of architects and technicians on assigned work to ensure that the work is being coordinated between disciplines and tasks are completed on schedule.
• Act as the liaison between vendors, contractors, as well as the Operations team to meet deliverables and completion dates.
• Draft, write and proofread full reports and specifications.
• Assist with project proposals, scope of work, schedules and fees.
• Develop budget estimates.
• Prepare and supervise preparation of architectural plans and renderings.
• Consult manufacturers.
• Evaluate and select materials.
• Inspect architectural features of structures in the field.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s in Architecture
• Minimum 5-10 years of architectural experience with NCARB registration.
• Ability to design in CADD.
• Design ability in Revit, and/or BIM is a plus.
• Registration as a licensed Architect is required.
