QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in architecture and construction, including significant on-site work.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and shop drawing review.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, and similar construction software.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience with site constructions works
• Knowledge of ADM building regulations and codes

• Ensure construction aligns with architectural plans and specifications.
• Review and approve shop drawings for accuracy and compliance.
• Review and approve material submissions in line with QA/QC requirements.
• Review and approve method statements in line with QA/QC requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on-site, coordinating with contractors and engineers.
• Resolve design and construction issues efficiently.
• Monitor materials delivered to site and workmanship quality.
• Maintain accurate site records and report progress to resident engineers.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
