Purcell is looking for an exceptional Senior Architect to join our London team.
This role offers the opportunity to be involved in unique design led private residential and hospitality projects, working collaboratively with a broad consultant team.
You will have spent more than five years since your Part 3 developing your skills and your judgement and you will have taken responsibility for delivery of luxury residential or hospitality projects for demanding clients.

The role

We are looking for candidates who have the following qualifications and skills:

  • A Registered Architect, you will have at least five years post Part III experience working as a project architect for a UK based practice
  • Relevant experience of high end private residential projects within the UK is essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and NBS software essential
  • Excellent technical design and detailing skills
  • A strong understanding of the UK Building and Planning Regulations
  • Conservation experience or working with existing buildings is desirable
  • Attention to detail, graphic sensibility, and hand drawing ability
  • Be well organised, proactive and have an enthusiastic approach to work and projects
  • Contract administration skills and experience desirable
  • Experience of, managing a small team
