Senior Architect Job Responsibilities:
- Lead an architectural team as the chief designer of residential development projects.
- Review and design architectural and engineering plans, ensuring compliance with governmental health and safety regulations.
- Research and maintain knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods, and materials.
- Monitor and mentor Architects/Technologists, offering guidance and recommendations to improve their skills and industry knowledge.
- Provide direction to subcontractors, ensuring adherence to design specifications.
- Liaise with clients to address issues promptly and ensure project requirements are met.
- Ensure the team achieves set goals and targets through effective collaboration.
- Network with industry professionals to explore new opportunities and expand MosArt’s architectural involvement.
