We are currently hiring a Senior Architect to join our team for a project based in the North Coast. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise architectural and finishing works on site. • Ensure execution according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. • Coordinate with civil, MEP, and subcontractor teams. • Review shop drawings and material submittals. • Monitor site progress and prepare periodic reports. • Ensure compliance with project schedule and safety standards. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering. • 4–5 years of experience in architectural site supervision and finishing works. • Strong knowledge of finishing materials and execution methods. • Experience in residential or resort projects is a plus. • Strong communication and coordination skills.
