As a Salesforce Sr Architect I, you will serve as the principal architect and technical authority across Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, and CDP/DataCloud. You will lead solution design, integration strategy, and platform governance while mentoring development teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the architecture and design of scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience).
  • Implement and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
  • Leading the development and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Translate complex business requirements into technical architecture and integration strategies.
  • Define and enforce Salesforce development standards, governance, and best practices.
  • Serve as a technical advisor to stakeholders, guiding decision-making and roadmap planning.
  • Oversee end-to-end solution delivery, including data modeling, integration, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects, business analysts, and development teams to ensure cohesive system design.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, performance tuning, and risk assessments.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and emerging technologies, recommending adoption where appropriate.
  • Mentor and coach junior architects and developers.

What you bring to the table:

  • Proven experience in enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or System Architect.
  • Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, security models, and governance frameworks.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and Agile delivery.

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluent in .NET, MVC, C#, N-Tier development, SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), XML-based web services and REST approach with 3+ years of experience.
  • Experience in MS SQL Server, DB architecture and design and SQL development with 3+ years of experience.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and use of tools such as Jira, Jenkins, Bit Bucket.
