KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience within the Emirate of Dubai in architectural design, supervision, and project coordination.
• Municipality Approval: Must have successfully passed the Dubai Municipality exam and be officially qualified/approved by the Municipality to practice as an Architect.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written). Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in industry-standard architectural and engineering design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, etc.).
• Driving License: Holds a valid UAE driving license.
• Client Relations: understand, and process client requests efficiently and professionally.
• Knowledge of Local Regulations: Familiar with Dubai building codes, municipality submission requirements, and authority approval procedures.
