Registered Architect with demonstrable experience on wide range of complex projects at different stages Proficient in Design, Autocad, Sketchup, Revit, Adobe Suite, Lumion, Enscape Minimum 10 years' experience architecture design works Knowledgeable in Navisworks and clash detection is an advantage. You understand the design process and ability to deliver this from concept into detail design and understand how to identify and design key details, and onto to project completion. Understanding detail for compliance requirements e.g., building regulations and working knowledge of Region's Building Systems, Regulations and construction types will be required for this role. Highly computer literate, skilled in Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite applications You have excellent presentational and communicational skills both verbally to liaise with other disciplines/ team members, but also visually using software or hand drawing skills. Relevant exposure in handling UK projects is an advantage. Familiar with international design codes, particular to UK

Responsibilities
