Studio 9 is one of UNS’s dynamic design studios. We are looking for a Senior Architect to join our team and lead the design and delivery of impactful projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Master’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 12+ years of professional experience, with a proven track record of leading complex architectural projects.
  • Skills:
  • Strong design and conceptual thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Rhino, Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of sustainability principles and their application in architecture.
  • Experience with BIM workflows is a plus.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and an additional langueage is required.

Responsibilities
  • Technical supervision of the development of (sustainable) projects in all design phases and at all scale levels, from floor plans to details;
  • Coordinating and managing BIM models, from Concept Design (SO) to Construction Documentation (UO), with an emphasis on Technical Design (TO) and beyond;
  • Coordinating information from external consultants;
  • Preparing and submitting permit applications and all aspects related to this;
  • Conducting inspections and providing guidance during execution, both in the office and on the construction site;
  • Throughout the entire process, you pay attention to and care for the design, the program, the client, and the building technology, while remaining critical in all cases.
