SENIOR ARCHITECT - WGM DESIGN

WHO WE ARE SEEKING:

We are seeking a Senior Architect with 10+ years of experience, to help lead design and documentation of either our education and faith-based studio or our industrial and warehouse studio. This role requires a deep understanding of technical production, project delivery, and client engagement. You will work closely with other senior leadership on both design and business development efforts while taking projects from concept through construction.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
  • 10+ years of experience in architecture, preferably in education, faith, industrial, or warehouse.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Proven ability to produce design and technical documentation with a high level of detail.
  • Experience with construction administration is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong interest in business development and building client relationships.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and documentation effort on projects.
  • Produce detailed construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Collaborate with senior staff, consultants, and clients throughout the design and construction process.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Participate in business development activities, including client meetings, proposals, and presentations.
  • Ensure adherence to code, budget, and schedule requirements.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to firm-wide best practices.
