We are seeking an Architect with at least 10 years UAE experience. The candidate should have a strong focus on pricing, budgeting, and cost management in the fitout industry and will be responsible for preparing and managing project costs, providing cost-effective design solutions, and ensuring that projects meet both budget and quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• At least 10+ years UAE experience in architecture, focusing on fitout projects and pricing.
• Strong skills in cost estimating, budgeting, and project management.
• Proficiency in design and pricing software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, estimating tools).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
