QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• At least 10+ years UAE experience in architecture, focusing on fitout projects and pricing.
• Strong skills in cost estimating, budgeting, and project management.
• Proficiency in design and pricing software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, estimating tools).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
