Position Overview PSA Architects is seeking a Senior Designer with strong AutoCAD experience and a background in commercial tenant improvement projects. This role focuses on producing high-quality architectural drawings and construction documents while coordinating closely with internal teams and consultants. This position also offers the opportunity to grow into a Junior Project Management role over time. Responsibilities Prepare architectural drawings and layouts using AutoCAD Develop construction documents and design packages Support commercial tenant finish / tenant improvement projects Coordinate drawings with MEP engineering systems Assist with design documentation including floor plans, ceiling plans, elevations, and details Ensure drawings align with brand standards for national clients Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers Maintain documentation accuracy and quality across project phases Growth Opportunity This role provides a pathway toward Junior Project Management and increased project leadership responsibilities. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required (Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field) 3–5 years of experience in architecture or commercial design Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Knowledge of commercial tenant improvement projects Understanding of construction documentation and MEP coordination Experience working with national brand standards (fitness, retail, wellness) is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office
