Job Description Design Leadership & Quality Lead and deliver high-quality architectural design aligned with the 10 Design philosophy Own and manage the client brief from concept to delivery Develop design strategies through research, sketches, diagrams, and options Present design intent clearly, highlighting opportunities, challenges, and constraints Client & Consultant Interface Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients and external consultants Chair and manage design, coordination, and project team meetings when required Ensure effective communication and information flow across all stakeholders Team Management Lead, mentor, and manage architectural teams across multiple projects Allocate tasks based on skills, experience, and development needs Encourage professional growth, accountability, and high performance Coordination & Delivery Coordinate closely with internal disciplines (Landscape, Interior Design, MEP, 3D Visualisation) Ensure full integration of external consultants’ inputs Oversee changes and manage design evolution through structured change control Monitor milestones, deliverables, QA/QC standards, and statutory compliance Support smooth handovers between design, project, and post-contract teams Qualifications Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or equivalent Excellent design capability with a strong architectural portfolio Proficient in AutoCAD; Photoshop and 3D Max experience is advantageous Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project) Excellent written and spoken English Experience Proven professional experience, ideally including 4 years as a Project Architect Experience in high-rise design and construction is highly advantageous Site or Resident Architect experience is a strong plus Proven track record working within collaborative, multidisciplinary teams Personal Attributes Natural leader with strong people and stakeholder management skills Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing complexity Confident decision-maker who performs well under pressure and tight deadlines Excellent communicator with the ability to delegate effectively Business Line: Energy and Sustainable Cities Type of contract: Permanent contract Service Line: Architecture Region: Asia Pacific Job Family: Architecture
