We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all designs meet client specifications and adhere to industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architectural design, with proficiency in various design software and tools.

EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design or a related field is required.
• Proficiency in drafting and CAD software is essential; experience with graphic design, system design, interior design, mechanical design, 2D animation is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials as well as building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members.

• Lead the design development process for architectural projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to create innovative design solutions that meet project requirements.
• Utilize software such as SketchUp, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Grasshopper 3D, Rhinoceros 3D, ArchiCAD, Revit, MicroStation, and SolidWorks for drafting and modeling.
• Prepare detailed schematics and construction documents that accurately represent the design intent.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Oversee junior designers and provide mentorship to foster their professional growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural technology to enhance design processes.
