PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS

• Manage staff of 2-3 people per project
• Capable of managing 2-3 projects simultaneously
• Responsible for project meeting minutes
• Production of construction documents
• Coordination of structural and MEP engineers
• Shop drawing review and coordination
• Preparation of building department filings
• Manage project schedules and ensure key project deadlines are met
• Thorough knowledge of international building code, NYC building code, and handicap ADA code

EXPERIENCE

• Experience utilizing Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Drafting skills utilizing AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up
• Ability to provide a thorough set of construction documents without supervision
• Required to have knowledge of construction means, methods, and detailing
• Ability to work occasional overtime
• Looking for growth through long-term employment
• Bachelor of Architecture degree and/or Master of Science in Architecture
