JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Architectural Draftsman with proven expertise in UAE building codes, standards, and regulations. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and coordinating architectural drawings, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality deliverables for diverse projects including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Architectural Drafting or Architecture.
• 7–10 years’ UAE or GCC experience in architectural drafting.
• Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations and submission procedures.
• Excellent communication, detailing, and multitasking skills.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Prepare and develop architectural/shop drawings for authority submissions and construction.
• Ensure compliance with UAE codes and regulations (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, ADM, etc.).
• Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, and interior teams.
• Supervise and guide junior draftsmen.
• Support site teams with design clarifications and as-built drawings.
