We are currently recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a thriving Leeds studio in the centre of the city. This opportunity provides a pivotal role in the delivery of major infrastructure and complex secure environment projects, with values ranging from £10M to over £200M. Our client is looking for multiple Technologists to join the team due to an influx of work, so Architectural Technologists of all levels are encouraged to apply.
Working as part of an experienced multidisciplinary team, you’ll contribute to long-term, nationally significant developments in the public, commercial, nuclear and energy sectors. These projects push the boundaries of design, precision, and compliance. These are challenging yet highly rewarding schemes that require exceptional technical skills and a collaborative approach.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Qualified Architectural Technologist with 3+ years’ experience in technical delivery
• Proficiency in Revit is essential
• Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction processes
• Experience working on large-scale projects advantageous
• Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to coordinate across disciplines
• Eligible for security clearance (or currently holds clearance)
• Based within commuting distance of Leeds City Centre
