REQUIREMENTS

8+ years experience
A degree in Architectural Technology. (Technical detailing)
Excellent Revit experience (minimum 5years) with technical focus abilities.
Excellent design and technical detailing skills.
Family creation and creation of schedules (REVIT).
Willing to act as technical mentor to junior staff members within the team, good interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate a team.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Excellent knowledge and ability to undertake on-going research of joinery, furniture systems, partition systems, ceiling systems, finishes and materials.
An understanding of clients’ requirements and experience of client liaison.
Client management skills.
Build good relationships at all levels, internally and externally.
Understanding of the financial aspects of running a design project on time and on budget is desirable.
