We’re searching for a Senior Architectural Technologist who thrives as a Project Lead: someone with the technical expertise to manage and execute complex projects, coordinate with consultants, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

IS THIS YOU?

We’re looking for someone with both deep technical expertise and a people-first mindset.

• Experience: 7+ years in residential design, including project leadership.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Revit (strongly preferred) or other BIM software; ability to produce accurate, detailed construction drawings.
• Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth familiarity with Calgary’s Land Use Bylaw, Development Permit, and Building Permit processes (experience with other municipalities an asset).
• Leadership: Strong communicator who can confidently guide clients and mentor team members.
• Organization: Skilled at juggling multiple projects and deadlines with ease.
• Mindset: Growth-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about client success.
