Your responsibilities will include: Support go-to-market strategies by optimizing data workflows and operational processes Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve field support and overall performance Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed Bachelor's degree Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, sales operations, sales enablement, or finance Experience supporting a field sales organization Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to synthesize insights for senior leadership Proven ability to troubleshoot complex business challenges and implement effective solutions Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across levels Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and urgency Detail-oriented with the ability to balance immediate needs and long-term strategic goals Demonstrated proficiency in developing Tableau dashboards or similar data visualizations (applicants may be asked to present past work) Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word Willingness to travel approximately 5-10% for internal meetings and events At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM platform (user experience is a plus) Prior experience in the Medical Device industry, analytics, or sales strategy Understanding of field sales force interactions and workflows Experience delivering sales training and enablement support Background in Sales Operations, Finance, or Sales Compensation is strongly preferred
