ABOUT THE ROLE:

AYS is collaborating with a global consumer products manufacturer to establish an in-house agency focused on developing brand social content for some of the world’s most iconic brands. We seek a dynamic creative leader who can develop integrated creative solutions and unlock social media and content opportunities.
In this role, you will blend a strong background in art direction with a social-first content creation mindset. This position requires an individual with deep knowledge of cultural, social, and digital landscapes, capable of creating compelling social media campaigns that engage, inspire action, and drive brand dialogue. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to expand their responsibility and influence within a dynamic environment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Develop and execute engaging visual content strategies that align with brand objectives across social media platforms.
  • Conceptualize and maintain a monthly organic social media content calendar.
  • Deliver on-brand, innovative social media content that challenges conventions and speaks to target audiences.
  • Collaborate with on-site teams and content creators to enhance brand presence on social media.
  • Forge and manage collaborative projects with partner platforms and social influencers.
  • Supervise creative teams to ensure consistent messaging, strategic targeting, and cohesive style across social media channels.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure creative strategies align with brand and market trends.
  • Present creative social media strategies and concepts effectively to clients.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:

  • 4+ years of experience in an agency or in-house creative role focused on social media, including client-facing experience.
  • Strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills tailored to social media platforms.
  • Proven track record of innovation with an emphasis on social-first creative development.
  • Experience leading and mentoring creative teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding and expertise in social media platforms and digital content trends.
  • Awareness of cultural dynamics and market trends to steer effective social media engagement.
  • Excellent client presentation skills for articulating and selling social media strategies and ideas.
  • At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $110,500.00 to $123,500.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package.
