SUMMARY

We are looking for a Senior Art Director with a strong conceptual background and astute design sensibility, attention to detail and deep understanding of digital channels. Deep social experience is a plus. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to work in a fast-paced setting, under tight deadlines, with great time management, flexibility and good humour.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in Design, Advertising, Marketing, Content Development within a Branding Agency (or equivalent).
  • A passion for design and creativity.
  • An excellent sensibility for photography, illustration, and typography.
  • Hands-on experience with Figma, contributing to collaborative design processes, effective team communication.
  • A deep attention to detail and a dedication to proper delivery.
  • Quick to adapt through proactive problem solving, work with a sense of urgency.
  • Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure consistency and coherence in design by following established brand guidelines.
  • Develop, evolve, and maintain a scalable design system that ensures visual consistency across all digital experiences.
  • Concept campaigns across channels.
  • The role is expected to be hands-on and requires organisation, diligence and creativity.
  • Manage clean working files for seamless collaboration between internal creative team and resources.
  • Adhere to quick-turn deadlines and ensure tasks are being completed fully and on time.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in beauty, digital design, social, and e-commerce to continuously refine and elevate our brand’s presence.
  • Comfortable with motion design and simple video editing.
