Tasks

Concept development, design and creative support for premium & lifestyle photoshoots for fashion and non-food products (focus on studio, location shoots occasionally)
Development of idea, mood, and shooting boards as preparation for photo production and AI creatives
Development & selection of casting, styling and location based on the developed ideas
Supervision of photo shoots (model & still life) as art director in the studio and on location
Briefing & Control Post-Production
Briefing & management of AI implementations
Layout of presentations (style guides, model castings, etc.)
Editing the shooting output
Working with data management tools

qualification

At least three years of professional experience as an Art Director in an agency or comparable experience
Shooting experience in photography and film
Affinity for fashion and lifestyle
A keen sense for styling and visual language
Full of ideas and creativity
Proficient use of Adobe Creative Cloud programs
Using Microsoft Teams
Knowledge of Capture One would be an advantage.
Familiar with AI tools such as Claude, Chat GPT, Mid Journey, etc.
Teamwork skills, flexibility, reliability
Confident in communication
Enjoyment of creating
Fluent in German, both spoken and written.
good English skills
