Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and committed art educator who will contribute to our legacy of high-quality art instruction. This role requires expertise in traditional art, printmaking, sculpture, and the ability to teach art history with enthusiasm and clarity. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, a collaborative team player, and someone who takes pride in representing the studio both in and outside the classroom.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver engaging and technically strong classes in drawing, painting, sculpture, and printmaking
  • Instruct students across age groups with differentiated methods
  • Teach foundational and advanced concepts in Art History
  • Follow and enhance the studio’s established teaching SOPs
  • Lead group classes, mentor junior instructors, and collaborate on curriculum planning
  • Represent Little Artists at exhibitions, events, and parent meetings
  • Inspire students to build exceptional portfolios and develop original artistic voices
