Brand Strategy & Art Direction Own BJAK’s visual identity across channels — from layout and typography to motion and campaign visuals Translate marketing and business objectives into strong, clear creative directions Develop concepts and visual systems that scale across campaigns and markets Ensure consistency across digital, social, product, print, and performance creatives 2. Creative Leadership & Team Management Lead, mentor, and review work from designers and creative contributors Set a high bar for craft, speed, and execution under tight timelines Give clear, actionable feedback and guide the team toward better outcomes Build a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement 3.
