Job Title: Senior Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer Location: Bahria Town, Phase 7, Rawalpindi Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are hiring a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent systems that solve complex real-world problems. You will work on a broad range of AI technologies—including machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop end-to-end AI solutions, from data processing to model deployment. Work on diverse AI domains including NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, and decision intelligence. Lead model experimentation, optimization, and evaluation using advanced techniques. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate AI into applications. Stay updated with the latest AI research and translate cutting-edge advancements into production-grade tools. Ensure ethical and responsible AI use, including bias detection and explainability. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI system architecture and strategy. Requirements: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field. 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, including large-scale model deployment. Strong knowledge of Python, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), and ML libraries. Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools. Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering practices. Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills. Nice to Have: Experience with generative AI, reinforcement learning, or multimodal systems. Published research or open-source contributions in AI-related fields. Experience building AI products in sectors like healthcare, finance, retail, or robotics.
