About the role: As a Senior Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow to design, configure, and optimize intelligent AI-powered search and retrieval systems using Kore.ai SearchAI. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in LLM-powered retrieval architectures, content ingestion pipelines, chunking strategies, retrieval quality evaluation, and enterprise AI search optimization. This role will play a key part in enabling next-generation AI experiences by improving search relevance, retrieval accuracy, and content intelligence across enterprise platforms. Responsibilities: * Configure and optimize Kore.ai SearchAI pipelines for enterprise AI search use cases * Design and implement effective chunking strategies for structured and unstructured enterprise content * Manage content ingestion workflows and retrieval optimization for LLM-based search systems * Perform retrieval quality testing, relevance evaluation, and response accuracy analysis * Support migration activities from SearchAssist to SearchAI platforms * Validate enterprise content against technical standards and ingestion requirements * Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve search relevance and user experience * Analyze retrieval patterns and optimize AI search performance using data-driven insights * Troubleshoot indexing, ingestion, retrieval, and ranking-related issues * Collaborate with AI/ML teams to enhance semantic search and agentic AI capabilities Requirements: * Strong experience with Kore.ai SearchAI / SearchAssist platforms * Hands-on expertise in: * Content chunking strategies * AI search pipelines * Retrieval optimization * Semantic search systems * Experience working with LLM-powered retrieval systems and RAG architectures * Strong understanding of: * Vector search * Embeddings * AI content ingestion pipelines * Search relevance tuning * Technical Skills: * Strong programming skills in Python * Experience with REST APIs and enterprise integrations * Understanding of unstructured content processing and indexing * Experience with retrieval quality testing and evaluation frameworks * Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI workflow orchestration Desirable: * Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks and autonomous AI workflows * Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS * Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks * Understanding of AI governance and content validation standards Personal skills: * Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset * Ability to work independently in fast-paced enterprise environments * Passion for emerging AI technologies and intelligent automation * Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills * Ownership mindset with focus on quality and continuous improvement What`s in it for you? * Strong community: Work alongside top professionals in a friendly, open-door environment * Growth focus: Take on large-scale projects with a global impact and expand your expertise * Tailored learning: Boost your skills with internal events (meetups, conferences, workshops), Udemy access, language courses, and company-paid certifications * Endless opportunities: Explore diverse domains through internal mobility, finding the best fit to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies * Care: We’ve got you covered with company-paid medical insurance, mental health support, and financial & legal consultations About us: At Ciklum, we are always exploring innovations, empowering each other to achieve more, and engineering solutions that matter.
