In this role, you will:

  • Lead in conducting all types of the most complex filed exams of current and potential borrowers financial records
  • Lead in complex initiatives, including those that are cross-functional and which have broad impact
  • Participate in large-scale planning for Financial Collateral Examination functional area
  • Review and analyze, complex, multi-faceted, large-scale or long-term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors within Financial Collateral Examination functional area
  • Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring understanding of Financial Collateral Examination functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead a broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Collaborate and consult with Financial Collateral Examination peers, colleagues, and middle to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Lead Financial Collateral Examination projects and teams, or serve as a peer mentor
