- Language: Fluent in English (written and verbal); fluency in Dutch is a strong advantage.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a dynamic and established private equity firm specializing in real estate investment across the UK and Europe. As a Senior Asset Manager, you will play a critical role within the Asset Management team, contributing to the strategic management and development of diverse assets, including office, retail, residential, and mixed-use projects.
This position is based in Brussels, Belgium, and involves working on a landmark business park, alongside other key projects across Europe. Occasional travel will be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead asset management initiatives for select properties, including a renowned and premier business park near Brussels.
- Oversee property operations, leasing, refurbishment, maintenance, and stakeholder relations.
- Collaborate with third-party advisors, property managers, and contractors to optimize property performance.
- Support technical due diligence during acquisitions and disposals.
- Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
