  • Competitive salary ranging from $113,574.00 - $125,720.00, plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Provide asset services to a group of schools within the Asset Management region
  • Delivery of capital works projects and all aspects of facilities management
  • Support timely and effective project delivery
  • Scope writing, estimation of project costs, manage budgets & contract documentation

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE

  • Current NSW Driver’s License and ability to travel across the assigned Asset Management (AMU) region of South Western Sydney NSW
  • Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
