  • Salary range $113,574.00 - $121,845.00 p.a., plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Provide asset services to a group of schools within the Asset Management region
  • Delivery of capital works projects and all aspects of facilities management
  • Support timely and effective project delivery
  • Scope writing, estimation of project costs and manage budgets
  • New established role within a growing team. Flexibility of working from different sites for the right candidate
    School Infrastructure (SI) is delivering new school buildings, major upgrades and maintenance strategies to ensure every school-aged child has access to high quality education facilities at their local public school. This encompasses the largest investment in public education infrastructure in the history of NSW.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE

  • Current NSW Driver’s License and ability to travel across the assigned Asset Management (AMU) region of Northern Sydney NSW
  • Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
