    At the NSW Department of Education, we educate and inspire lifelong learners – from early childhood, through schooling to vocational education and training.       Ongoing Full Time Role Location Batemans Bay Salary range $113,574.00 - $121,845.00 p.a., plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.     About School Infrastructure | Asset Management Division   School Infrastructure (SI) is delivering the largest investment in public education infrastructure in the history of NSW. Our mission is to ensure every school-aged child has access to high-quality education facilities at their local public school. This includes new buildings, major upgrades, and long-term maintenance strategies.     About the role   Provide asset services to a group of schools within the Asset Management region Manage and deliver Minor Capital Works projects, ensuring delivery within strict time and cost constraints Deliver multiple projects across programs involving upgrades and additions, Integration, Insurance, Capital, and Planned Maintenance. Lead project delivery through competitive tendering processes with pre-qualified contractors. Prepare detailed works descriptions and accurate cost estimates. Provide leadership across projects for stakeholders and contract management to ensure high-quality and timely delivery. Support emergency response and recovery activities following natural disasters affecting school assets.   For further information please click here to view the role description. About you   Excellent understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles Excellent time management skills with the ability to perform effectively in fast-paced environments Proven stakeholder management with outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
