Responsibilities

IN THIS PIVOTAL ROLE, YOU WILL BE INSTRUMENTAL IN:

  • Crafting, implementing, and governing robust Asset Management Plans and long-term strategies for our Mobile Plant, Fixed Plant, and NPI portfolios, aligned with ISO 55000 principles.
  • Providing day-to-day leadership support, mentorship, and priority management to the team, and developing a high-performance culture of excellence.
  • Leveraging our CMMS (experience with Oracle Cloud is highly regarded) to develop KPIs, dashboards, and actionable insights that drive reliability improvements, cost reduction, and strategic capital planning.
  • Developing Asset Management Standards, implementing industry good practices in asset care, and supporting maintenance work management systems, audits, and internal governance processes across all asset classes on site.
  • Acting as a key liaison between Perth team and site, ensuring asset management practices directly enable operational readiness and achieve broader business objectives.
