Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this dynamic role, you will work closely with the Australian Operations Finance Team, Assets Finance & Governance Team, and external suppliers like BP, Ampol, Toyota Fleet Management, and more, to ensure the smooth operation of our asset management processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Asset Master Management: Process eACMs for Australia, including initial checks, PPSA registrations, and updates on transfers, disposals, and more.
  • Administration: Manage light vehicle disposals, fuel card and toll account administration, and supplier invoice processing.
  • JDE Expertise: Perform critical tasks within the JDE system, including user setup requests, RVN generation, and asset integrity checks.
  • Collaborative Work: Support the team, provide training, and work effectively toward shared goals.
  • Compliance & Safety: Follow established standards and procedures, ensuring asset administration tasks are in compliance with company requirements and safety protocols.
