ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for an experienced project leader with a passion for housing, sustainability, and delivering value for communities.

You will have:

  • At least 5 years’ experience managing large-scale capital or sustainability projects, ideally in social housing or construction.
  • A strong understanding of building regulations, health and safety, and decarbonisation strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams, complex budgets, and high-level stakeholder engagement.
  • A relevant degree or equivalent experience, with project management or professional accreditations such as PRINCE2, APM, or RICS preferred.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Access to a vehicle and flexibility to attend sites as needed is essential. Welsh language skills are desirable.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow and monitor processes effectively are essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience engaging with both customers and the workforce, demonstrating excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel, is important. You should be comfortable handling a variety of operational enquiries efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Assets Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of high-value capital improvement and decarbonisation projects across Trivallis’ social housing portfolio.
From major refurbishments to net-zero carbon initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our long-term sustainability and asset management plans.
You’ll take charge of project planning and execution, lead cross-functional teams, engage with senior stakeholders, and manage multi-million-pound budgets. Your work will directly impact the quality, safety, and efficiency of homes for our tenants.
Working closely with the Head of Asset Delivery & Decarbonisation and managing an Assets Project Manager, you’ll ensure compliance, drive innovation, and promote environmental responsibility across all capital projects.
