Responsibilities: You will be responsible to: answer phone calls professionally and relay messages to the concerned greet and assist patients, guests, and visitors with courteous manner organize and facilitate clinic appointments, including online requests coordinate and facilitate VIP patient visits in emergency and inpatient areas, and conduct periodic visits to admitted clients while maintaining their strict confidentiality provide excellent support to VIP patients and their families coordinate with diagnostic and support departments to ensure smooth service delivery collaborate with relevant departments and maintain good relationship with them support departmental projects and perform other assigned duties. Requirements: You should have: a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of relevant or administrative experience while having industry-specific experience will be an added advantage professional, courteous, and patient-focused attitude and possess knowledge of general office practices excellent interpersonal skills, particularly communications with ability to handle stressful situations neat and well-groomed appearance with focus on customer experience proficiency in the use of computer applications, particularly MS Office package willingness to work in shifts and work on extended hours on need-basis.
