The Aga Khan University invites applications for the position of Senior Assistant in the Dept. of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. You will be responsible to: prepare drafts of memos, letters, presentations, education material, and reports on routine and ad hoc activities of the department answer incoming and outgoing phone calls, communicate the same to concerned staff, and takes actions as instructed communicate messages promptly and accurately to the faculty, supervisor, and others to help in the maintenance of smooth functioning of the department assist program director, coordinator, and fellows of the fellowship program. keep track of faculty schedules, meetings, and appointments. Also providing administrative support in the meetings. participate and facilitate ISO, JCIA, and quality-related activities arrange travel plans and compiles all documents for travel arrange logistics for academic activities, CMEs, keep records and attendance assist in coordinating special projects and events as assigned by the supervisor coordinate with support services departments including HR, Finance, Purchase, warehouse, Facilities Management Department, etc. for any related issues and assignments Assign any other task by the Assistant Manager/Senior Manager (Academics) You should have: a Graduate degree two to three years’ of relevant work experience good interpersonal skills proficiency in use of standard office software and applications ability to meet tight deadlines professional attitude and presentable attire Comprehensive employment reference will be conducted.
