The team at the River Island Hotel is currently recruiting a Senior Assistant Manager to join their team. This is a full-time position, reporting to the Hotel Manager. The Senior Assistant Manager will oversee the daily running of the 52 bedroom 3 star Hotel.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of the hotel’s day-to-day operations. Working closely with the senior management team, you will ensure service excellence across all departments while fostering a culture of high performance and customer satisfaction.

  • Support the Hotel Manager in leading daily operations, ensuring all departments function cohesively and to a high standard.
  • Provide hands-on support across departments when needed, maintaining a visible leadership presence throughout the property.
  • Take the lead in coordinating functions and events, ensuring all client specifications are executed to the highest standards.
  • Monitor and maintain operational quality, service consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Anticipate and proactively respond to guest needs, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
  • Handle escalated guest concerns efficiently, demonstrating excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Apply a keen eye for detail to uphold service excellence and operational precision throughout the guest journey.
