SENIOR ASSISTANT MANAGER, WELLBEING DEVELOPMENT (UNIVERSITY WELLBEING OFFICE)
NTU’s University Wellbeing Office was established to provide a strong wellbeing support ecosystem for employees and students. With positive mental health as a key priority, you will be part of a team to coordinate new efforts, including strengthening a culture of mutual respect and collegial support, expanding preventive and outreach programmes, ensuring timely intervention, improving counselling services, and strengthening policies, procedures and partnerships.
The ideal candidate for this position will play a key role in implementing marketing initiatives to develop and promote the NTU community wellbeing, enhance wellbeing support competencies within the NTU support structure, as well as grow the NTU wellbeing community.
He/she will support the planning and development of wellbeing initiatives - such as talks, events, and campaigns-and take on a leading role in operationalising and implementing these projects. Additionally, the incumbent will independently drive efforts to monitor and evaluate the reach and impact of these initiatives to refine content strategies and enhance stakeholder engagement across all outreach efforts.
