This a grant funded contractual position. Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include: Responsible for field-based activities which includes motivating and enrolling of study subjects to be part of study, collecting data, assisting in data cleaning and biological specimen collection and planned activities. Provide operational and administrative support assigned by the supervisor as and when required. Check invoices and bills for all grant-related activities and prepare payment requests. Coordinate purchases, prepare Records of Payments (ROP), and ensure timely delivery to the TCS office for courier services. Deliver finance-related documents to the appropriate departments. Maintain an organized filing and record-keeping system, both systematically and physically. Helping new employees with joining formalities. Coordinate travel and transport arrangements for official visits of research staff. Raise online material stock requisition and purchase requisition and follow-up the items/supplies delivery with the relevant department/unit, and maintain all stock records. Provide administrative support in HR-related matters of study to the Team. Visit field sites to provide administrative support during workshops, meetings, and monitoring activities. Conduct audits of field offices within and outside Karachi. Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree Fresh or candidate having one year of work experience will be preferred. Good interpersonal communication skills. Willingness to work in community settings/rural field sites. Proficiency in computers, especially MS Office & Excel. Ability to work collegially with community members and with study participants. Proficiency in written and spoken English. Good computer skills. Flexibility for additional working hours as required Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted
