Description

A n exciting opportunity has arisen within NHFT to work as an Assistant Psychologist within the Mental Health Treatment Requirement Team (MHTR) to engage with men and women for Mental Health Treatment Requirements for people convicted of low-level offending and co-occurring mental health difficulties.
The role will be to provide low-level psychological interventions, including psychoeducation, for depression, anxiety, and trauma. There will also be the opportunity to use research skills for audit, policy and service development, and research within the area served by the team/service.
This role will include the assessment process as part of an MHTR as well as the interventions.
