Responsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible for: To carry out day-to-day operations such as receiving, storage, preservation, handling, issuance, charging of supplies to departments/ patient care areas as per organizational safety and Quality standards. Carry out general departmental duties as assigned by respective supervisor. Assist and perform day-to-day operations such as receiving, storage, preservation, handling and issuance of supplies to departments/ patient care areas as per defined procedures. Perform Inventory operations such as periodical physical counts, expiry monitoring, processing returns and record discrepancies if any as per defined procedures. Identify slow moving items and review re-order / par-levels of all items on periodical basis. Report discrepancies if any found while performing assigned tasks. Timely recording of all transactions into system/ paper documents as per defined procedures. Maintain personal and environmental safety standards as per guidelines of Safety & Security Department. Ensure quality of services as per organization’s standards. Requirements: Must be Graduate Two-year working experience in any warehouse will be preferred. Person must have Data Entry Skills, aware for Documentation, ability to work in Team with good coordination Employee Must have an effective communication, Supervision Teamwork & Coordination, Item Management, Reporting Skills, Inventory Control, Documentation and Computer Data Entry. Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted.
